H2Ozone Swim School Terms and Conditions
Welcome to H2Ozone Swim School! We’re excited to support you on your swimming journey. By booking or enrolling in lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, consistent, and professional experience for all clients.
H2Ozone Swim School operates as a private hybrid program, offering lessons at both instructor-provided and client-provided pools.
Scheduling and attendance
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be extended.
Students may only enter the pool during their scheduled lesson under instructor supervision.
Guests must remain in designated areas and are not permitted in the pool.
In the rare event the instructor is delayed, lesson time may be adjusted or a makeup/credit will be provided.
Students who are sick (fever, vomiting, or contagious illness) must not attend lessons.
For semi private sessions, both students must attend each lesson. If one student is absent, the lesson will continue as scheduled with no credit or adjustment.
Cancellation and Makeup Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to be eligible to reschedule a makeup lesson.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the lesson without credit or makeup.
Makeup lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the canceled lesson date.
Makeup lessons are subject to instructor availability and are not guaranteed.
To maintain scheduling consistency, the number of active makeup lessons is limited based on package size:
6-lesson package: maximum of 1 active makeup lesson
12-lesson package: maximum of 2 active makeup lessons
24-lesson package: maximum of 3 active makeup lessons
Clients must use existing makeup lessons before additional makeups can be scheduled beyond the allowed limit.
Missed lessons beyond the allowed makeup limit may result in forfeiture of the lesson.
Makeup lessons do not extend the package duration and will expire if not used within the 30-day window.
If a lesson is canceled by the instructor, a makeup lesson or credit will be provided and will not count toward the client’s makeup limit.
Once scheduled, makeup lessons cannot be rescheduled.
Excessive rescheduling may result in loss of priority scheduling or dismissal from the program.
package activation, duration, and expiration
Packages begin on the first scheduled lesson, not the purchase date.
The first lesson must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase or the package will be forfeited.
Lesson frequency is based on the agreed schedule (e.g., weekly, twice per week, or biweekly ). Packages secure a set number of lessons.
Lessons must be used consistently and within a reasonable timeframe based on the agreed schedule.
Expired lessons will not be reinstated, credited, or refunded.
An active package is required to hold a recurring time slot.
Packages cannot be paused, extended, or frozen for personal reasons
seasonal pause and weather policy
Packages may be paused due to pool closures or seasonal interruptions (e.g., winter).
Clients must request a pause in advance.
Time slots are not guaranteed upon return and are subject to availability.
Lessons may be canceled due to unsafe weather or conditions at the instructor’s discretion. Only conditions unsafe at the scheduled lesson time qualify as valid weather cancellations.
mobile lesson policy (clients pool)
Clients must ensure the pool area is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.
If the instructor cannot access the property (e.g., locked gate or no response), the lesson will be forfeited.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and functional pool environment.
Lessons may be canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe at the instructor’s discretion.
Service areas may be subject to approval and/or additional travel fees.
private pool use (h20zone residential location)
The pool is for scheduled lessons only. Use outside of lesson time is not permitted.
Students and guests may not enter the pool before or remain after lessons without permission.
A responsible adult must be present for all minors.
Only enrolled students may enter the water.
payment & refund policy
Full payment is required in advance to secure lesson packages.
Unpaid or incomplete payments will result in cancellation of scheduled lessons.
Clients are encouraged to renew when they have two lessons remaining to maintain their time slot.
All purchases are final. Lesson packages and services are non-refundable.
code of conduct
Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other clients is required at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
