Tiffany T. Nguyen — Founder & CEO

Coach Isaiah — Lead Instructor
TIFFANY T. NGUYEN
Founder & CEO
Building H20zone with a passion for safety, confidence, and meaningful swimmer progress.
Swimming has been a part of Tiffany’s life since she was 3 years old. With more than 4 years of professional swim instruction experience, she has worked with multiple swim schools and learned from a variety of teaching environments.

Those experiences inspired Tiffany to create H20zone Swim School — a swim school built around water safety, consistency, individualized instruction, and meaningful progress.

Tiffany graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology, which has strongly influenced her approach to teaching. She believes learning to swim is about more than technique. A swimmer’s confidence, emotions, fears, and individual learning style all play an important role in how they learn.

As Founder & CEO, Tiffany oversees H20zone’s curriculum, instructor training, teaching standards, and overall student experience. She personally selects and trains each instructor to ensure every coach reflects the values H20zone was built on.

Her goal is simple: to create the kind of swim school she would trust with her own family.
COACH ISAIAH
Lead Instructor
Bringing patience, experience, and a passion for helping every swimmer progress.
Isaiah brings more than 3 years of professional swim instruction experience to H20zone. Before joining our team, he worked with other swim schools and gained additional experience working with children through after-school programs.

As the oldest of five siblings, Isaiah has always been around younger children, and his naturally patient, calm, and encouraging personality is one of his greatest strengths as an instructor.

Isaiah learned to swim when he was 4 years old and has continued to enjoy being around the water throughout his life. Outside of swimming, he enjoys basketball, football, camping, and spending time at lakes and participating in activities such as boating, tubing, and jet skiing.

His experience around both pools and open water has helped him understand that water safety goes beyond learning how to swim in a pool.

As H20zone’s Lead Instructor, Isaiah helps uphold our teaching standards while working directly with swimmers to build confidence, develop skills, and become more independent in the water.
His teaching style is patient, encouraging, and focused on helping every swimmer feel comfortable while making meaningful progress.
OUR SHARED PHILOSOPHY
DIFFERENT PEOPLE. ONE STANDARD.
While Tiffany and Isaiah have different backgrounds and roles, we share the same belief: Every swimmer deserves to feel safe, supported, and confident in the water.
• Water Safety
The non-negotiable foundation of every lesson we teach.
• Technique
Focused stroke development for efficiency and longevity.
• Progress
Tangible, measurable improvement at every skill level.
• Independence
Empowering swimmers to master their skills without assistance.
• Confidence
Building the internal belief that 'I can do this' in the water.
