By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please take a few moments to review these carefully to help ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Scheduled Class Policy

● Classes start promptly on time. If you arrive late, that time will be forfeited and cannot be made up or extended, as it may affect subsequent sessions.

● We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes early to allow for parking, check-in, and changing into swimwear.

● Students may only enter the pool during class time and under instructor supervision. Entering the pool early or staying after class is not permitted for safety reasons.

● Guests accompanying students must remain in the designated waiting area and are not permitted to enter the pool at any time.

Cancellation and Makeup Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

● Advance Notice: To cancel or reschedule a lesson, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with proper notice are eligible for a makeup class.

● Eligibility for Makeup Classes: Makeups are offered for absences due to illness or unforeseen emergencies, provided notification is given at least 24 hours in advance.

● No-Shows: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice (a no-show) will result in the forfeiture of that lesson, and no makeup or credit will be issued.

● Scheduling Makeup Classes: All makeup classes must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class and are subject to availability. Makeup classes are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

● Makeup classes can not be rescheduled

All lesson credits expire after 1 year of purchase

Inclement Weather Policy

Classes may occasionally be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other safety concerns. In such cases, we will notify you in advance via email or text message. Affected classes will be rescheduled or credited appropriately.

Payment Information

● Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

● Renewals: To maintain your preferred time slot and ensure continuity, we recommend renewing your package when you have at least two lessons remaining.

Note: All package renewals must be paid 2 weeks (which is usually 2 lessons) before the start of that package.

No Refund Policy

All payments for classes, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and final.

Location Change Policy

If there is a change in lesson location, we will notify you promptly via email or text.

● You may continue lessons at the new location or request to reschedule for a later date.

● If you do not wish to continue at the new location, you may request a credit transfer to a family or friend of no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your next scheduled lesson.

Code of Conduct

We strive to create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all students and families.

● All participants and accompanying guests must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow swimmers at all times.

● Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. H2Ozone Swim School reserves the right to dismiss any participant or family who fails to comply with this code.

● Clients dismissed due to behavior violations will not be eligible for refunds or credits for remaining classes.

Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Swimming and aquatic activities inherently involve certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, and other injuries.

By enrolling and participating, you acknowledge and agree:

● You and/or your child are physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

● You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

● You release and hold harmless H2Ozone Swim School, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands resulting from injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation.

Medical and Emergency Consent

You agree to inform us of any medical conditions or special needs relevant to you or your child’s participation. In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize H2Ozone Swim School staff to secure emergency medical treatment deemed necessary and agree to bear any associated costs.

Photo and Video Consent

H2Ozone Swim School may occasionally take photos or videos during classes for marketing and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such images, unless you notify us in writing before your first class.

Terms Updates

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website.
